Not enough sun la.....that's why change color.
That's is probably a Neo. johannis. It can grow under hot sun like your 1st picture.
The red color will come out.

thanks    I will move them to the direct sunlight because I cannot move my house. hehehe I plant them beside my house la. they get sun light few hours only in the morning till 10 am.

Ya.....forgotten to tell you. Put them at brighter area first. Then slowly week by week let the plant receive more sunlight.

All the leaves will burn if you put them under hot sun.
