they are under filter shade like 60% 

30% shade cloth is ideal for Neos. to bring out their colors.

Still good but need longer sunlight exposure.

I think that's fine. Usually 6-8 hrs of sunlight is good for coloration( ofcourse with shade cloth).

A little update on my garden. Trying to complete what's left undone earlier.Here's my earlier arrangements.

Found & got loads of driftwoods. Now busy do my new extension.......
