platycerium holttumii

i have not water my platycerium holttumii for about 2 weeks.  m160 m160

that was what i have discover a few weeks ago



since i stop water, it decide to grow bigger.......... m009
& in the photos, i think i can see fertile fronds growing out from the bud.  m019







& when i looked at it this morning, it looks like a new shield fronds which grow from inside.
it is trying to out grow the old shield fronds which has been there since the day i got.  m179 m179

I have started to grow Platycerium Ferns for three months. So I cannot conclude that I get success or not. I will show you mine.

Some I got from K. Wanna, it look likes a short cut growning to get big one, ha ha!!

I think you're professinal one, Matt!!

the above one is the first tree of mine and
then, it looks very weak when I got it at first time.
(maybe this is not related with your topic, P. holtumii, hope you're o.k.)

Here is a small part of the garden infront of my home, you can see P.Wandae under the tree, because I just start grow Ferns, so  no greenhouse.  I tried to grow them close to the nature. All are growing very fast m168
