Looks like some orchid!!!! I plucked it out to grow separately!!!

Thank you so much to share your pics,

I know that everyone here pround of himself to plant his ferns or trees. 

It doesn't matter if it's beautiful, expensive, cheap or whatever it be... as long as grower are happy... that the real charming of plant grower!!

Nice Ridleyii. Unfortunately mine Ridleyii died on me while the rest of the platys flourished.

Roy is a very detailed person. I am sure he put in alot of TLC to maintain his plants which explains for his success.

For Roy ... he is full time gardener and part time worker in his company.
Think even at work, he is still constantly thinking about his plants at home  em199
